About Me

About Me

I began my career path by choosing Psychomotricity as my field of study. This is a paramedical discipline that was relatively "unknown" to society at the time. I was drawn to the opportunity to work with and assist "the other"—those who are different from us.

Over the years, I have gained a deeper understanding of the vast and interconnected nature of this field, specifically how it links somatic and psychological elements, cognitive functions, and overall human development.

Following my Bachelor's degree, I continued my education to the Master's level, where I came to understand the vital importance of inner well-being (or self-mastery). This realization launched me on a path of both personal and professional development.

I also developed my expertise as a professional trainer, and I highly value the opportunity to transfer knowledge and support others through the effective integration of both practical and theoretical instruction.

The principal foundation of my entire approach is Communication. And it is through my reading and training in Jacques Salomé's ESPERE Method that I have crossed yet another threshold on this life path.

The experience of motherhood has been an important parallel journey. As a mother of three, I have guided my children through their developmental milestones, and this process of shared growth has led to profound, multi-level learning.

Over the years, child development and education have occupied a significant part of my daily life. I wanted to delve deeper into this field, and that's when I created a teaching manual focused on Psychomotor Education, Rhythmics, and Graphomotor Skills. This manual serves as a guide for preschool teachers, offering practical exercises that specifically target the development of children's motor and cognitive abilities.

After years of clinical and training work, parental guidance, and family support, it was time for me to consolidate the fruits of my experience into a life project: to guide and watch children grow. This is how I turned to the educational philosophy of Maria Montessori to deepen my knowledge, and in 2018, I launched my own educational center. IGLOO NURSERY (2 months – 3 years), IGLOO KIDOO (3-6 10 years old). The inclusion of children with physical, communication, sensory, and cognitive developmental delays is part of my project.

From 2022 to the present, I have been the President of the Psychomotor Therapists' Syndicate in Lebanon. During my mandate, I implemented an action plan for the better development of our profession.

With great determination, I continue to turn pages, opening new chapters each year. I fuel myself with my energy, my passion, and my willpower!
