I began my life journey by choosing to study psychomotor therapy—a paramedical field that was, at the time, still relatively “unknown” in our society.
What drew me in was the desire to work with and help the other—those who are different from us.
Over the years, I discovered more and more about this vast discipline that connects the body and the mind, cognitive functions, and the overall development of the human being.
After earning my bachelor’s degree, I continued on to complete a master’s, and with time, I came to truly understand how vital it is to feel well within oneself.
That’s when I embarked on my life path, working on myself both personally and professionally. I also carved out my role as a trainer—and what a joy it is to pass on knowledge, to support others while sharing both theory and practice.
